Catch a Carp app for iPhone and iPad

Have fun learning about fishing bags limits with this speedy game of accuracy!

Developed by Charlie, Abhinav, Riley and Julien from Trinity Lutheran College in Mildura as part of their PYP Sharing the Planet unit this fun app will teach you about responsible fishing practices in Australia.

5 different fish species swim across the screen at increasing speeds. Tap on or swipe up to ‘net’ or catch a fish, swipe down to release a fish.

Earn or lose points based on which fish you tap. The ‘pest’ fish carp earns 10 points, with the other fish earning different amounts depending on ‘bag limits’, if you catch the endangered catfish or go over a bag limit you will lose points. Check out the help table for clues.

Earn bonus points for catching 10 pest fish and for releasing fish outside of bag limits.
